You will assist in the delivery of a stable and effective programme by the efficient delivery of the day-to-day service. You will support Clients to achieve the outcomes laid out in their Care/Support Plan and also ensure that the security of the service and its surroundings are maintained. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key work and support clients generally within your service
Provide personal care to identified clients
Take an active role in the assessment and management of risk
Maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk
Ensure that all medication within the service is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures
Manage client meetings and facilitate the Client Inclusion and Training representatives
Assist in the management of the referral process within the project to achieve agreed occupancy levels
Apply Emergency First Aid response to clients and any other person in the building/grounds
