My client is part of an International chain of quality hotels.
The Job Role.....
As a Sous Chef or Senior CDP you will be reporting to the Head Chef assisting the brigade in the smooth running of daily operations.
Preparation of high quality food ensuring the highest standards are met at all times, in line with company regulations. Being a team player with a flexible nature to be able to assist colleagues and training chefs.
You will gain great experience as a Sous Chef in all function areas of a busy Hotel with banqueting and restaurant service.

Your Responsibilities as a Sous Chef...
Striving towards quality & consistency in a busy environment,
Maintain Health & Hygiene standards as company regulations dictate
Flexible, work in a team and be able to work on various sections within the kitchen.
Adaptable to a changing environment and be able to react with speed whilst maintaining standards, with a cool demeanour.
The ideal Sous Chef...
Minimum 5yrs in a Hotel environment
Previous experience in a similar role,
Flexible approach as there will be a requirement to work on a shift basis, including evenings & weekends.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive can do attitude.
Passionate about the industry, with good knowledge of the Hotel industry.
Creative flair with a passion for progression to go from Sous Chef to Head Chef.
Ultimately team player, with a reliable and caring attitude.
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
