The day to day
Managing sales orders in SAP and raising associated production orders daily.
Corresponding with customers promptly and efficiently about orders, deliveries, invoices.
Developing strong working relationships with customers.
Keeping the system data up to date & revising pricing by carrying out routine checks.
Providing accurate demand planning.
Managing customer stocks and handling related data as required.
You will have/be
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced level.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Well organised with the ability to manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines.
