What will you do?
Develop and own brand marketing strategy, understanding the brand direction
Lead on all campaigns with focus on seasonal, NPD
Work collaboratively with CRM team and their focus on subscriptions
Manage performance marketing of multiple channels
Work closely with digital marketing team and external agency
What do you need?
Robust brand and marketing experience with demonstrable success of growth
Beauty or D2C consumer goods background is essential
Experience within a start-up, founder led or SME brand
The ability to work at a fast pace and spin multiple plates
Agile mindset and entrepreneurial outlook with an analytical mindset
