Harvey John are working with a highly reputable consultancy group to recruit a Payroll Specialist. This role offers the chance to work with a friendly team and their varied client base.
This is the perfect role for someone working in payroll within an accountancy practice or within a payroll bureau environment who wishes to utilise their existing skill-set whilst expanding their professional knowledge. This role will offer the chance to become involved with the work carried out by the consultants.
Responsibilities:
Registering payrolls for new clients
Monthly and 4 weekly payroll processing
Pension submissions
Holiday pay calculations, processing starters and leavers
Providing adhoc suppport to the consultancy team - analysis and calculations to support consultancy cases
Client liaison regarding queries and to manage key relationships
Key skills to succeed in this role:
CIPP qualified
Experience processing payroll in a bureau environment
Committed to delivering an impeccable service level to clients
Dedicated to achieving total accuracy at all stages of the payroll process from inspecting timesheets, all the way through to submissions made to HMRC
