Develop links with employers that result in work placement opportunities for learners
Match opportunities in the workplace to the specific goals and needs of learners
Monitor, assess, and coach learners before, during, and after placement to ensure they have the appropriate skills to gain the most out of their placement
Develop employability skills, including CV writing, job applications, and interview techniques

Requirements:
Good general education, including English and Math's GCSE grades A-C or equivalent

Candidate must be in good mental and physical health and also must be a resilient and reliable individual.
Must be able to work with vulnerable and challenging pupils in a school environment.
Experience in developing/contributing to learning programs for young people (preferably this would include the design and delivery of employability programs)
Experience in conducting assessments with learners (including literacy and numeracy)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective organizational and time management skills
Enthusiasm for and commitment to working with and supporting young people
