Level 3 qualification within social or care environments essential
Excellent local knowledge of support services and employment opportunities
Wanting to make a difference within individuals lives
Program or project management experience
IAG qualification, counselling, coaching qualifications desirable
Experience of working towards challenging targets
Driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
