Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager for our client, you will be responsible for an area within the Midlands, based on your current location.

Key Responsibilities:
Existing Customers
Maintain and develop existing customers
Increase range of products purchased
Promote special offers and sell new products
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
Ensure quotations, orders, RMAs and CRMs are processed promptly and accurately
Potential Customers
Generate leads and convert them into new accounts
Maintain concise and accurate records
General
Ensure quarterly and annual targets are achieved
Ensure competitor activity, pricing, and new product feedback is passed to the relevant person
Maintain excellent product knowledge
Have a positive and professional attitude at all times when dealing with customers
Support other team members and their sales areas as required
Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings - giving market feedback, new ideas and suggestions
Promote clients website and online ordering facility to both existing and potential customers
Support Marketing with their campaigns
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales position
Able to maintain excellent product knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Goal orientated
Strong time management skills
Highly organised
