Shirley Parsons are proud to be representing a repeat client, who are looking for a Civils Health and Safety expert to cover various projects across the Thames Valley.
You will have 5+ experience working on Civils and Infrastructure projects, have a sound knowledge on RC Frameworks and various HS Systems and processes.
Part of your role:
Review, revise and publish health and safety management systems processes and forms, that ensure the company effectively meets its health and safety policy commitments, and legal obligations.
Develop internal audit process that ensures all business units of the company effectively meet the health and safety policy commitments, and legal obligations through proper implementation of the management systems and processes.
Develop an audit process that ensures that any joint ventures have management systems and processes that effectively meets the health and safety policy commitments, and legal obligations through proper implementation of the management systems and processes.
Manage the audit process including establishing a program, undertaking audits, producing audit reports, raising, and monitoring close out of NCR’s.
Develop regime of supplier’s audits, for high-risk suppliers and other suppliers as necessary;
Qualifications:
Minimum NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma.
Member of IOSH or IIRSM with up-to-date CPD
Environmental training/qualification (desirable)
