We are currently seeking an additional proactive Critical Electrically biased Shift Technician to be based at a large Data Centre in the Hertfordshire working directly with the Data Hosting Company. The complex is known to have a very friendly atmosphere and can boast above average “Staff Retention Levels” to the envy of their close competitors. You would be working within a specialist Critical team you would be based at a state-of-the-art technical Data Centre that offers an excellent modern and clean environment to work within. This is an opportunity not to be missed with easy travel access out of the heart of London. “With the Current Financial Crisis” This role is worth a potential “Market Leading Salary of £51k incl. Bonus”, plus opportunities to boost this further with overtime.
Electrically qualified engineers can come from a Critical background or other Engineering maintenance environments, such as Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Maritime engineering. Candidates should ideally have completed an apprenticeship or have equivalent time served experience within M&E maintenance environments. You would also have hands-on experience of covering the planned and reactive maintenance to Single & three-phase power, UPS, Power Generators, lighting, HVAC plant, air conditioning, etc. Candidates will need to have full electrical City & Guilds, or equivalent.
