This is a full time, permanent position working 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday, with hybrid working options available. The offered for the salary is £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
Overseeing and leading the Corporate Tax team, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment is maintained, and individuals are motivated and performing to their full potential.
Providing training and hands-on guidance to the team.
Ensuring the department is compliant with UK laws and regulations.
Working closely with wider internal teams and board of directors as well as external stakeholders, maintaining effective working relationships.
Supporting business profitability and growth through actively identifying areas t o be optimised and refined.
You will have/be
ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified and a minimum of 3 years’ experience, particularly within corporate tax.
Pro-active approach and ability to analyse business functions to develop solutions to problems and improve services.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
Self-motivated and confident making business decisions and able to work well under pressure.
