We are looking for a Travel Administrator to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key Responsibilities ?
Maintain constant liaison and communication between all departments.
Ensure that invoicing is kept up to date.
Submit invoices for authorisation as required
Maintain a record (electronic & filing) of requests & payments.
Liaise with hotels & travel companies to ensure requests are carried out as per requirements.
Support the Travel Team with any other duties as and when required.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities ?
Trustworthy / Honest
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent administrative skills with an ability to self-check to avoid errors in work
A team player
Flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs and demands
Excellent Computer literacy, with experience of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Web Browser
Personal Attributes
A knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, Italian)
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to communicate at all levels with confidence
Strong presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
Able to work independently and perform tasks unsupervised
