What do we need you to do?
Prioritise the workload to be organised, maintain standards, and maximise the potential of the prospects.
Keep motivation and spirits high amongst the team, setting creatives incentives and driving performance to achieve targets.
Track team and individual targets, ensuring all advisors know what is expected of them and the team they’re a part of.
Floor walk and live listen to calls to maintain regulatory compliance standards and identify opportunities for coaching and performance management.
Creatively communicate with customers and colleagues to optimise commercial output as well as customer satisfaction.
What skills and experience do we need you to have?
Experience leading a team in a target driven environment is essential for this role.
Motivation and drive to deliver and exceed targets and expectations.
Effective communication and efficient problem solving skills.
Proficient ability to use Windows Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as learn new systems swiftly.
Although not essential, experience in a contact centre or financial services environment would be an advantage.
