Receptionist
Newcastle Upon Tyne
We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist, working for a well- known law firm in Newcastle. This role is offered on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week in the Newcastle office.
Working within the front of house team, you will welcome all visitors to the firm in a professional and courteous manner and provide admin support to teams within the business. This is a great opportunity and would suit someone from a professional services or hotel/ leisure background.
About the role:
First point of contact for the business via email, phone and in person
Make sure meeting rooms are well-presented and manage meeting room diary.
Provide refreshments for visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of all clients
Carry out admin tasks as required for other departments within the business.
Any other tasks as required for the wider team.
About you:
Experience of working front of house within professional services, or hotel industry
Smart and professional appearance and demeanour.
Able to work flexibly and organised.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good team player and able to work well independently.
