Day to Day of the role: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance management.
Coordinate induction sessions and ensure new starters feel supported.
Administer pensions and ensure compliance with legislation.
Support the roll-out of HR initiatives, processes, and services.
Book and coordinate training sessions, monitor training uptake, and support the Trainee Solicitors program.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering high-quality advice and escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage the administration of HR processes, including benefits and absence reporting.
Run monthly payroll reports and maintain records of memberships and subscriptions.
