Assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Month-end reporting and filing requirements.
Quarterly VAT returns.
Monthly payroll and associated reporting.
Ownership of related company transactions and reporting.
Ownership of invoice financing facility and reconciliation.
Provide cover for other team members (sales ledger and purchase ledger) as required.
Provide ad-hoc support as necessary for both finance and non-finance departments.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeping experience
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
