Logistics Administrator (Part-Time) - Doncaster - £14,165 + excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established food manufacturer based in Doncaster; due to their ongoing success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator working 3 days a week at their premises in Doncaster.
You will deliver right first time administration support to the warehousing function, managing internal and external customer communication and request effectively and timely.
Role Specification:
Order capture
M&S scanning and processing (full process)
Pick Sheet and Delivery Paperwork generation
Pallet Labels
Advanced Shipping Note
Managing and maintaining Warehousing spreadsheets
Liaison with the haulier companies (any push backs, daily delays etc)
Booking-in inbound and outbound & daily preparation of in/out schedules
Maintaining Chep and Euro and white pallets on site and booking collection for broken pallets (on chep system)
Ordering and maintaining the waste (general, food and cardboard skips)
Booking-in raw materials onto Marco system
Liaison with internal and external customer’s
Office Order Capture cover
Stock counting support and recording and reporting
Warehousing KPI reporting including but not exclusively
Wastage
Stockholding
Haulier performance
Supplier Performance
Shortages
Chilled stock checks
Benefits include:
Salary £14165 for 3 days
16 days holiday per annum plus Christmas Day (all other BH’s are normal working days)
Death in Service x 2 of basic annual salary
