Ensure that the reception area, kitchen, conference room(s) and general office areas are kept tidy
Greet visitors and provide refreshments
General office work, which may ... and when necessary
Provide marketing support on bids as and when required
Provide admin support to the Office Manager as and when required, this could include archiving, assisting with staff and client events, typing correspondence and ordering stationary and office supplies
Provide full time cover as and when required to cover sickness and holidays
