Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Cheshire. As a Residential Conveyancer in our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including sales and purchases
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
Conduct thorough due diligence, review legal documents, and identify any potential issues or risks associated with property transactions.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to coordinate and facilitate the conveyancing process efficiently.
Maintain accurate records, update case management systems, and adhere to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
2 years' minimum fee earning experience
Qualifications are desirable but not essential
Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
