The landmark 151-bedroom Randolph Hotel in Oxford is part of the Graduate Hotels collection. The boutique hotel takes inspiration from the prestigious Oxford University, with nods to college architecture and crests, as well as "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland," created by alumnus Lewis Carroll.
The Role

As Guest Services Manager your main duties and responsibilities will include;
Greeting?guests in a warm and personal manner??
Managing, motivating and leading a team, ensuring high levels of service are always offered
Assisting guests with carrying luggage and other items to?their rooms
Parking and retrieving guest?vehicles?in an efficient and safe manner??
Driving hotel shuttle to assigned locations for guest pick-up and drop-off?
Maintaining the cleanliness of the entrance to the hotel??
Liaising with Front Office in order to deliver luggage in an efficient and speedy manner
Offering Vast & extensive knowledge of the local & national amenities
Financial, Budgeting & P&L knowledge to conduct a profitable business model
Monthly Hotel Training relating to local amenities
Complying with H&S legislation always.
Duty Management Shifts.
Managing Guest Lost Property and ensuring it is sent back to guest in a timely manner
Ensuring strong relationships are maintained with all 3rdParties within concierge
Maintaining levels of communication between Concierge & Front Office.
Liaising with Housekeeping to ensure smooth guest journeys are always maintained.
Supporting Front Office in the development and creation of Guest Profiles
We are looking for someone who has:
Customer service?focus??
Proven management experience
A minimum of two years in a similar role
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving?record??
?Outgoing?personality??
Ability to communicate effectively?both verbally and in writing
Team?player??
Natural ability to exceed guest expectations
