We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Sales Negotiator to join a market leader within the property industry, based in the town of Leighton Buzzard. For this role, it is integral you have a core understanding of the local area. Previous property experience is preferred, however, not essential.
For this role, you MUST have a UK driving licence, and a car available. Also, a core understanding/knowledge of Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding areas is required/essential.
Working Hours (4 days a week):
Monday - 09:00am - 18:00pm
Tuesday - 09:00am - 18:00pm
Thursday - 09:00am - 18:00pm
Saturday - 08:45am - 16:00pm
Please note, there is no flexibility on the above working hours.
Duties:
To conducting property viewings.
Answering phones, handling emails, and dealing with enquiries.
Ensuring first class customer service is provided.
Registering vendors and buyers search requirements, and following up on leads.
Providing viewing feedback to vendors/buyers.
Keeping all relevant parties updated in relation to proceedings.
Working within a collaborative team, and supporting with general admin duties.
Candidate Profile:
Customer service skills - essential.
UK driving licence, with a vehicle available - essential.
Property industry knowledge/experience - preferred.
Core understanding and knowledge of Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding areas - essential.
Strong computer skills - essential.
Literate & numerical - essential.
