LGS Vision Recruitment are currently working alongside a forward thinking and progressive accountancy practice on an exclusive basis as they search to recruit a Trainee Accountant for their practice suited on the outskirts of Cambridge.
The position would best suit an upcoming or recent school/college leaver, graduate or someone who’s seeking a career change.
The successful candidate will gain a wide range of exposure to a variety of accounting processes.
You will be a highly numerate professional and keen to gain experience working in a firm of accountants, but additionally, will have an excellent learning mentality and enjoy what is a professional yet friendly working environment. The client offers fanatic career progression.
Experience you will gain:
Preparing accounts and producing sets of financial statements
Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments
Working on personal and business taxation
Working within the outsourcing department and gaining VAT and Bookkeeping knowledge
Working on payroll
The ideal suitable candidate:
Keen to work within an accountancy practice
Team player who enjoys interacting with other people
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised
What’s on offer:
Starting salary between £19,500 - £25,000
23 days holiday + bank holidays
Full study support provided for AAT or ACCA
Inhouse training

Parking onsite or close to the office
