We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team of a growing Business Development company in Durham. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
Day to Day of the role:
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and ensure communication is passed on effectively.
Issue, log and process bookings
Stock checking
Welcome clients, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
Perform administrative tasks such as producing letters, arranging meetings, and binding documents.
Handle bank letter requests and client-verified transaction requests.
Order stationery and office supplies, monitoring costs and liaising with the Finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven administration experience.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
