International law firm are looking to hire additional Real Estate Lawyers to join their high-ranking teams in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Candidates will ideally have circa 4-8 PQE and a strong background in commercial property.
Role Profile:
Excellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial property transactions working with some of the highest profile investors both UK and internationally on high profile commercial developments in the office, logistics, retail, student accommodation, build-to-rent and infrastructure sectors.
You will have the opportunity to be part of one of Scotland's largest transactional teams (ranked Tier 1 in both L500 and Chambers) and you will be responsible for supporting clients with their real estate requirements across the UK working alongside colleagues from our other offices. You may also have the opportunity to become dual qualified in the future if you want to expand your interest into English property.
The work you will do encompasses high-end investment and occupier deals for a roster of the most prominent UK and international corporates. There will also be opportunity to work on retail investments, urban regeneration schemes, strategic developments, property finance and a variety of other major projects.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience working in a large regional or national practice and you will have a strong background in commercial real estate.
You will ideally have circa 4-8 years PQE however candidates outside of this banking are invited to apply.
