Inventory management, planning and forecasting to be completed every day to ensure optimum levels of stock
Knowledge of quality procedures is advantageous as well as dealing with imports and exports.
Assist with management of supplier KPI's and monitoring performance.
What you will need;
You will be assessed on stock outs as part of your internal KPI's. A strong character is needed.
Knowledge of purchasing ingredients and packaging is advantageous
Excellent analytical skills, and passion to learn new things
Ability to manage your own time and deadlines, the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the market situation.
A genuine interest and passion for Procurement with a desire to start or continue CIPS
A willingness to step outside of comfort zones, learn new skills and procedures and not be set in ways
