Responsibilities:
PR MANAGEMENT
Coordinate all public relations activities to support chosen communications plan.
Direct activities to engage audiences across traditional and social media.
Manage media inquiries and interview requests directly or via PR agency.
Create content for press releases, by-line articles and keynote presentations jointly with Content Marketing Manager
Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a monthly basis..
EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS
Assist in scoping the Events strategy and ensure all activities are kept within budget
Plan, budget and co-ordinate all Events & Exhibitions in line with target markets and verticals
Manage all events incl. stand design, booking space, confirming attendance, booking hotel rooms and meeting rooms as required, organising customer events.
Research new Events and Exhibitions and make proposals in line with the Sales and Marketing strategies which increase our presence and generate new Sales and opportunities for business growth
Where required, attend UK and International Events & Exhibitions
ADMINISTRATION
Ensure Marketing material/equipment is maintained, tracked and replenished when required
Assist with reporting of Marketing activities to help measure the success and planning of future activities
