Private Client Solicitor is required to join a large organisation which is one of the market leaders with private client on a permanent basis.
Do you have a strong background in probate/ private client and a passion for AI?
Due to their successes and continuous growth, they have a newly created role for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their technical probate team to assist with the delivery of new artificial intelligence (AI) integration. You don’t need to be a technical expert but have legal expertise within Private Client matters. As well as handling a small caseload of probate cases from start to finish, you will be part of a wider team and have the opportunity to assist with transforming the business.
This role will allow you to play an integral role in supporting their ongoing technology development with implementing a new AI tool to assist with improving their case management systems and reviewing of cases process.
As the Private Client Solicitor, you will;
Undertake a reduced caseload of 15 taxable probate matters from initial instruction through to completion
Work closely with the project team and external stakeholders to assist with developing AI opportunities within the department
Utilise your legal knowledge to assist with tailoring the AI tool to ensure it is fit for purpose
Mentor junior member of staff and support with improvement of internal processes
The Private Client Solicitor will be;
Qualified as a Solicitor/ Barrister or Legal Executive in the UK (or STEP qualification)
Have a passion for AI technology and a keen interest in supporting the business through new technology
