This organisation has grown from humble origins and have continued to be successful in their industry and are now looking to bring on a Finance Manager into their team due to a period of expansion. Their offices are easily accessible by car due to their free on-site car park, as well as by bus and rail due to their local train station. They offer a fantastic amount of flexibility and understand the importance of a work-life balance.

This organisation has a brilliant social working culture, they value their employees and do not like to treat anyone like a number as you may encounter in some larger corporations. They care about their staff and provide training and assistance to their staff who are looking to continue their development by taking on senior responsibilities. This is a management position so there will be times where you will need to lead by example and produce a high quality of work.

To be confident and charismatic, you will be presenting your findings and progress to the Managing Director, it is key to be able to communicate effectively in this position.
