In this role you will
meet clients who have bought your company's Payroll solution or services, and sometimes also HR, Workforce Management or Benefits modules
attend a kickoff meeting with client and a Project Manager to understand the scope of the project
analyse processes and rules in relation to payroll
create a specification document to outline the requirements
configure the software to meet clients' needs as outlined in the document
test, oversee UAT and roll out the software
work with colleagues who are implementing the HR or Workforce Management or Benefits modules if relevant
organise interfaces with the client's other existing software solutions.
You must already have experience of implementations of German Payroll software. This may be for external clients of a consultancy or software company, or internally in the company you work for. You will be given the opportunity to learn to also implement HR software. If you want to develop your implementation consultancy career in a successful company that is great to work for, send us a CV. A cover letter is optional but helpful.
