Role Description:
As Operations Manager, you’ll be leading the charge for the business, ensuring profitability, scouting out new service contract opportunities as well as working alongside the Service Manager to successfully manage and implement the existing contracts in place.
You’ll work alongside the outgoing Service Director (planned retirement within 1-2 years) to lead the existing team of Engineers to ensure effective and efficient operation. Field engineering work will only be required when strictly necessary to assist more junior members of the team.
Alongside the Service Manager you’ll work to ensure customer satisfaction and quality is maintained and ever improving. Swiftly working to resolve any issues, acting appropriately to ensure client confidence is maintained.
What you’ll receive:
- High level managerial competitive salary
- Company car (details to be agreed)
- Discretionary annual bonus (paid after the financial year end) which is related to the success of the company for the year - as we’re an EOT, the bonus can be tax-free up to the value of £3.6k (subject to 12 months successful service to the business)
- Private health care (after 20 weeks probation)
- Generous company pension (after 20 weeks probation)
- Paid annual leave: 25 days + public holidays
- You’ll be joining a young and ambitious Employee Owned Trust - meaning the company is owned by its employees and has a stake in the success of the business
Company details:
Work schedule of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking available and the offices are within a 5 minute walk of the Waddon Marsh tram stop.
