Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the designated Senior Investment Manager.
Manage and organise the Investment Manager's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Liaise with clients and assist in maintaining strong client relationships.
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Investment Manager.
Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Conduct research and gather information to support investment decision-making.
Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Our client is looking to recruit a motivated individual who is looking for a long term career within the industry. You will be working alongside a Senior Investment Manager who will provide you with ongoing training & support, you will be supported by the business for any market exams and there will be plenty of scope to progress (the company has a proven track record of progressing individuals from this role into Investment Management positions).
To be considered you will ideally be working within a similar Investment Management Administration capacity, however the client is also willing to consider individual from a wider Financial Services background.
We will also consider strong graduates who are looking to start their career within the industry - minimum of a 2:1 within a related field.
