Key Responsibilities:

Programme Management: Take charge of managing a programme of work, overseeing multiple clients being onboarded in the coming months, and ensuring successful delivery within tight deadlines.
Daily Operations: Run daily stand-up meetings, facilitate discussions, and assist the team in resolving operational issues and escalations effectively.
Customer Interaction: Collaborate closely with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Experience: A background in Payments within the investment operations space, with a solid understanding of industry practices and processes.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Programme Management: Strong programme management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
