Mental Health Support Worker

Mental Health Support Worker - £24,050 - £26,000 per annum (Salaries vary depending on experiences)

Hours – Part Time hours - 18 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekends.

Service – Transitional Support, Oxford.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Transitional Support are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team.  The team focuses on providing care, 5 days a week,?for clients in both shared houses and flats, creating a comfortable, safe and pleasant environment while helping residents work towards more independent living in the future.

Some of the core duties include :

You will work as part of a team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients to live.

Assist clients with tasks such as cleaning, shopping, budgeting, and household tasks that promote their independence.

Support clients to achieve their personal goals, including their physical health, relationship building and managing their mental health.

Update and assist clients in the progress of their personal support plans.

Support residents with taking their medication.

Introduce clients to leisure activities, new interests, education or volunteering and support them to attend events or appointments.
