Job Summary:
The Client Support will be responsible for handling new business enquiries with private clients, completing the fact find for existing clients, and assisting in the advisory process.
You will play a key role in putting clients at ease and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: -
Respond to new business enquiries from private clients in a timely and professional manner
Complete fact finds for new and existing clients in an accurate and efficient manner
Assist in the advisory process by providing support to advisers and clients
Ensure that clients are kept up-to-date with the progress of their cases
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve targets and objectives
Qualifications and Experience: -
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
A strong educational background
