Regional Sales Manager – Route to Market

MacGregor Black are partnering with a global Spirits Distributor on the search for a Regional Sales Manager for Route to Market . This is a perm role to be based preferably in Midlands, Manchester, Leeds or surrounding.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of brand-building strategies in the on-trade Route to Market (RTM) with 3 major wholesalers.
Manage a portfolio of key wholesalers to deliver on-trade RTM brand building plans and activation programs.
Develop and negotiate profitable commercial agreements with key customers to drive volume growth.
Collaborate with 3rd party sales teams to maximize brand opportunities and influence.
Identify and capitalise on new brand and outlet opportunities through strategic networking.
Plan and manage daily activities to ensure comprehensive coverage during key trading hours.
Support the development of the company's prestige strategy and execute RTM business plans.
Direct management of RTM KAM.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the on-trade market.
Proficiency in computer use, including report writing and presentation skills.
Demonstrated drive, resilience, and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong connections to the UK On Trade are of high importance.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong people management skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Salary – Up to £50k + Car Allowance + Benefits.
