Our client based in Leicester are on the look out for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small friendly team, are you self-motivated and confident in your Purchase Ledger skills? as we're looking for someone to join and run the Purchase Ledger ensuring all supplier invoices are paid in a timely fashion.

The Role:

Matching, Batching, Coding Suppliers Invoices, Data Entry

Query resolution

Statement Reconcilations

Getting invoices authorised and issuing payments to suppliers

Assisting with month end

Assisting with outgoing post and other adhoc offices work

Skills and experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts payable (ideally within a SME environment)

Good ICT dkills

Ability to communicate with both internal and external clients
