These are 2 of the key aspects of this role, you must be sincere and understand this role and roles similar, are very challenging. This LSA role is very challenging as each child has a different context for their mental health and trauma, their own idiosyncrasies, cultures, and home lives that will be very different to each other. Therefore, building comfort and relationships, through a restorative model is so important and should never be overlooked. That is why it is vital that you can QUALIFY and even more importantly, DISQUALIFY the SEN and Mental Health sectors for yourself.
