Our client is an established and successful business based in Gosforth. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team part time, on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be Doing
Manning telephones and allocating calls out to correct personnel
Meeting and greeting clients
General ad hoc reception and office administration duties
Scanning invoice into systems
Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
Scanning quotations and attaching documents to management information system
Shredding documents successfully scanned to the systems
Inputting and matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes for accounts team
Noting and highlighting and correcting variances in the invoices
Filing and archiving all job bags for accounts and retrieving for the sales team
Supporting the accounts administrator role where needed
Upload documents to HR system
Work with HR Director in keeping files, holidays, records up to date and current
Load personnel details and keep up to date
Highlight to HR director personnel milestones that are coming up
Ordering and issuing of stock for factory and offices
About You
Previous administration experience is essential
Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
