As Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and maximising productivity, particularly in project deliveries, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and scope. Main Responsibilities will include: -
Oversee all project deliveries and customer services, including support services
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Plan and manage schedules, process and the delivery of products and projects in line with customers' requirements and specifications
Oversee project scope and change management
Review project execution processes with a view to improving efficiencies and project profitability
Lead, motivate, and support the team and manage staff levels, recruit, train and supervise staff and external resources

Manage the selection of, and relationship with, key suppliers and agree pricing
