Join our #OneBlueFamily in our Livingston, Scotland branch to manage and grow the revenue on a warm desk that supplies temporary office staff into the public sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after training. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Livingston will include:

Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships

Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities

Travelling to clients for onsite meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car

Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary office bookings

Service management - compliance, payroll related tasks, administration and updating systems
