Role Overview:
Our client is a leading housing association in Bristol who truly look after their people, whether it is personally developing their staff or keeping their tenants safe and part of a community. They are looking for an Asset Manager to manage their homes, ensuring high levels of customer care and ensuring they are in the best condition, whilst making sure works are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate and implement Asset Management Strategy
* Participate in setting maintenance budgets
* Maintain stock condition, values, and assets data
* Coordinate with Development team on new asset standards
* Engage and communicate effectively with customers
* Stay updated on legislation and best practices; suggest policy changes
* Support 'Out of Hours' service
* Set, achieve, and be accountable for team performance targets
* Lead and support teams for optimal performance and development
* Contribute expertise to organizational discussions and decision-making.
About You:
* Higher education qualification or relevant construction/maintenance/building qualification/experience
