This is a Yorkshire based main contractor specialising in the construction of large accommodation projects including state of the art care homes and retirement living developments with values of circa £10M.

* Liaise with consultants and statutory Authorities to develop accurate service information.
* Assist the Senior design Manager to obtain fee quotations from specialist consultants for all planning and engineering design and technical report requirements.
* Ensure all necessary consultants are appointed on time.
