Description
The role of the HR Co-Ordinator will include:
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and team building events
Handle the administration of all employee benefits
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Profile
A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:
CIPD qualified
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficiency in English
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Job Offer
