About the position
48-hour workweek spread across 5 days.
Flexible weekly Rota spanning Monday to Sunday.
Lead daily restaurant operations: staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Address customer inquiries and feedback.
Drive the business forward to success.
The successful candidate
General Manager should demonstrate proactive leadership skills and a track record of fostering strong working relationships with their team.
Proficiency in training, motivating, and effectively communicating with the team.
Exposure to P&L and financial management is highly desirable.
Proven experience in restaurant management within similar establishments is required.
Must possess ambition and drive to propel the business forward.
