About the Role

ScreenCloud‘s recent investment in migration to Azure and its strategic partnership with Microsoft is one of our key strategic pillars, fuelled by the significant majority of its Enterprise clients being heavy Microsoft users.

The Director of Partnerships will pioneer this Microsoft relationship, and success will be predicated on working with Microsoft partner managers, direct sellers and product owners to:

Meet or exceed a partner-sourced quota, building on some existing opportunities already surfaced through Microsoft channels, including personally managing a sales pipeline before building a team to take on cycles that you originate.

Build a robust network of Microsoft account managers for Enterprise accounts to surface credible introductions and site visits to clients in ScreenCloud’s target segments.

Solicit client referrals from the other 9,000+ partners active in Microsoft’s ecosystem, and work with the partner manager community to compare notes on revenue-generating strategies.

Encourage further ScreenCloud integrations with synergistic Microsoft solutions and industry cloud solutions which would benefit from digital signage.

Oversee and facilitate a co-marketing strategy covering, representation at Microsoft events, joint campaigns targeting specific personas for each integration, joint events at Microsoft facilities, MDF management and joint PR.

Enable and influence ScreenCloud sellers and account managers to encourage ScreenCloud customers to shift spend to the Azure Marketplace, and to leverage our Microsoft integrations as differentiators in both net-new and expansion opportunities.

Your role will be pivotal in advancing our partnership landscape and fostering a seamless convergence between ScreenCloud and Microsoft, enabling us to drive innovation and propel workplace efficiency to new heights.

Required Experience:

Proven Expertise with Microsoft Ecosystem: Extensive experience navigating the Microsoft landscape, ideally from the inside. A strong background in driving partnerships through the Azure Marketplace would also be beneficial.

Track Record of Exceeding Quotas: Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing team and personal. Note: this role carries a partner-sourced quota, with the expectation that you will personally manage a sales pipeline before building a team to take on cycles which you help originate

Builder Mindset: A history of not just operational prowess but also a knack for building and leading high-performing teams, spanning Account Executives, Partner Sales Managers, and beyond.

Initiative and Leadership Progression: Preparedness to commence with a clean slate in the region, starting hands-on, transitioning to a player-manager role, and eventually leading as a manager—each phase accountable for driving the region's top-line growth.

Tenacity: Above all, ScreenCloud is looking for a hungry individual, who obsesses about its product, prepared to knock down doors to drive revenue from this partnership, who will not stop until they exceed quota and its strong ambitions for this Microsoft partnership.
