Role: Valuations Surveyor- Retail and Leisure
Location: Birmingham
Role Overview:
As a key member of this growing valuations team, you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of providing top-notch valuation services within the Retail and Leisure sectors. With a focus on going concern convenience, roadside retail, garden centres and other trading assets valued having regard to trading potential. You will be a key member of this valuation team of experts and be expected to network with banks, investors, accountants, and operators.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough property and business inspections to determine value.
Drive business growth through proactive outreach and market awareness.
Responsively address client enquiries and deliver exceptional service.
Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards.
Collaborate with key contacts and cross-sell within our network.
Build enduring relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Relevant qualification / RICS Chartered Status -Essential
A minimum of one to two years post-qualification experience -Ideally
Application of appropriate valuation techniques - Essential
Thorough approach to valuations - Essential
Report preparation - Essential
Understanding Accounts and Leases - Ideally
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills - Essential
Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Essential
Knowledge of trade sector and current market trends - Ideally
Knowledge of relevant legislation - Ideally
