Overview:
First Military are currently working with a new client who are keen to hire ex-military personnel. They are looking for an Installation Engineer base in the South of England around the M25 to in stall medical equipment and full training will be provided.
The successful Installation Engineer will be working predominantly in hospital operating theatres, healthcare settings and construction sites. Working closely with the whole Installations team to install and commission medical equipment such as operating lights, medical gas pendants, Ultra Clean Ventilation Canopy, and examination lights.
Working as part of a team who are responsible for the installation of medical equipment packages predominately in the South of England but on occasion this role may involve working on sites throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on live construction sites (new build and existing developments) alongside multiple trades to a set program/deadline.
* Working in a clinical hospital environment, adhering to infection controls outlined by clients and being respectful to staff & patients who may be near the work environment.
* Problem-solving to rectify real-time site issues by working with the installation team and site team to find a suitable resolution.
