The role is well-suited to an accomplished client services professional who is confident on the phone and has experience dealing with compliance-related responsibilities. The role offers great progression to go further up the career ladder. Profile:
Required to be fluent in Norwegian to mother tongue standard, both written and spoken
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a customer service or client services role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good relationship-building skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and able to deescalate calls
Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
IT proficient including strong MS Office skills, including advanced Excel skills
