We are launching our European Permanent team on the back of our extremely successful contract division and require a successful recruitment leader with a track record in generating revenue who can scale and lead a team.
Role:
Build out and generate new clients in the European renewable energy recruitment market
Recruit, select, and lead a team of consultants across new markets
360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side
Lead division strategy and client direction
P&L responsibility once the headcount target is hit
Responsible for performance development and on-desk management
Work alongside marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure an organised and efficient strategy
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to grow a 20+ person platform across the hottest recruitment area right now globally. We are specifically looking for:
4 years + 360-degree recruitment experience within the European Energy Market (non-UK preferred)
3 + years Management experience, within a recruitment environment
Track record of developing permanent revenue
Ability to originate new clients
Enjoy working in an office environment (Victoria)
Someone who is seeking career development and the opportunity to run a P&L
