Proven experience as HR officer, HR Advisor or other HR position
Strong analytical skills
An appreciation and knowledge of latest thought leadership around DE & I
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
HR Credentials desirable e.g. CIPD
